Carry

Have you found him?

He won’t get up.

Then we get him up.

Have you ever felt

Like you were all alone

And no one would care

Should you just turn to stone

You sit far away

All alone, unafraid

Of what will happen to you

Because why would anyone turn blue

When they heard you were gone

Your life simply done

So it’s such a surprise, then

When into your lonely den

Come those who you thought long gone

Having decided with you they were done

And when you cannot stand on your own

They lift you and carry you along.
