Pain’s Kiss

But often I find I’m flat on the bed

And not able to move more than my head.

Can it be that there are times like this?

Kicking me down with naught but a kiss.

 

It’s one of those days where I’m stuck in bed. I hate being stuck in bed and I can’t even lie down on my back in the bed.
